ONGOING SUPPORT
We have continuing support for meditators through sitting groups where we meditate together, get questions about practice answered, and discuss educational materials. These meetings are at several locations in the Forest Lake, Wyoming, and Chisago areas. We also have sitting days on demand. Contact resecum@msn.com. We also maintain an email address just for meditation questions: reshelp@msn.com.
RECORDINGS
Recordings of talks from previous retreats are available for a reasonable fee. Visit our list of recordings.
